1. Check-in and Check-out Time
  • Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon the following day.  
  • Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and will be subject to the following charges:  
    • Early check-in: Before 9:00 AM at 100% room charge; After 9:00 AM at 50% room charge.  
    • Late check-out: Before 6:00 PM at 50% room charge; After 6:00 PM at 100% room charge.  
  • However, this is subject to availability and at the hotel’s discretion.  
  • Early Departure: If a guest checks out before their reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge for the entire stay, and no refunds will be given.  
  • During Peak season and Tet holidays, 100% charges will apply for any early check-in and late check-out arrangements.  
  1. Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ville de Mont Mountain Resort, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations in writing before the specified deadline. Late cancellations may be subject to the following fees:

In case of failure to comply with the set prepayment terms, the Resort reserves the right to cancel the respective bookings or to collect the outstanding payment from the guest at published rates.  

After you have chosen the payment method and completed the payment step, we will deliver the goods to you according to the time specified in our “Shipping and Delivery Policy.” However, depending on inventory status or order value, we may contact you to confirm the order again before shipping.
