Payment Policy

All bookings must be paid in full before the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.  

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:  

• Online payment on the website.  
• Payment by bank transfer.  

For this method, after you have successfully placed an order on the website, please transfer the total order value to the following account:

In case of failure to comply with the set prepayment terms, the Resort reserves the right to cancel the respective bookings or to collect the outstanding payment from the guest at published rates.  

After you have chosen the payment method and completed the payment step, we will deliver the goods to you according to the time specified in our “Shipping and Delivery Policy.” However, depending on inventory status or order value, we may contact you to confirm the order again before shipping.
